Types of Private Lessons

Individual Lesson

One student + one instructor

Perfect for focused work on your own technique, styling, or solo skills. You’ll dance with a World Champion instructor who can demonstrate both leader and follower perspectives.

Best for:

  • Personal technique refinement
  • Styling development
  • Building confidence
  • Competition routines

Couple Lesson

Dance partners + one or both instructors

Ideal for couples who dance together — whether for competitions, social dancing, or your wedding. We work on partnership dynamics, connection, and dancing as a unit.

Best for:

  • Partnership development
  • Connection and communication
  • Wedding first dance
  • Competition couples

Semi-Private

Small group (3–4 people)

Share a lesson with friends at a similar level. More affordable than individual lessons while still getting personalised attention and feedback.

I’m a complete beginner — can I take privates?

Can I book a lesson at an event?

Yes — we often teach privates at festivals and workshops. Contact us before the event to reserve a time slot.
